One returning member is worth roughly $1,500–$2,500 a year. Every price below is built to be a rounding error next to the revenue it recovers — and we report that math to you monthly.
Not sure yet? For a limited number of studios, we'll run your first win-back campaign with no upfront fee. You pay per member who actually comes back — nothing otherwise. If the campaign recovers nobody, you owe nothing. All we ask is an honest testimonial if it works.
A member worth $1,500+/year, for $50, only if they return. Limited availability each month.

The range tracks list size and complexity. A 400-contact list in one clean system is the bottom of the range; 3,000 contacts across two tools with years of mess is the top. You get a fixed quote after the free audit — the number never moves after that.
Churn never stops, so reactivation can't be a one-off. The retainer keeps at-risk saves, rolling win-backs, trial nurture, and 4–6 monthly campaigns running and tuned — and closes every month with a report showing members saved and revenue recovered. It breaks even at about two members a month; we target four to six. If the report doesn't justify the invoice, cancel. No lock-in.
Projects and sprints are one-time by nature. The retainer is month-to-month — the monthly attribution report is the retention mechanism, not a contract.
No. Hygiene is plumbing, not a product. It's bundled into every engagement because nothing else works without it.
We don't run ads, on purpose. Every gym gets pitched Facebook ads weekly; almost nobody is monetizing the list you already own. Once your retention engine is running, we're happy to coordinate with an ads partner — your sequences will make their leads convert better anyway.
Under a few hundred contacts, skip the retainer — the volume isn't there and we'll tell you so. Do a one-time win-back or a single sprint, then come back quarterly as your list grows.
We run the full win-back campaign — scrub, segmentation, sequence, sends — with no upfront fee. A "reactivated member" is someone from the lapsed list who purchases a membership or class pack during the campaign window, verified in your own booking software. You pay $50 per, capped and agreed in writing before we start. If nobody comes back, you pay nothing.
Every engagement begins the same way: a free 5-minute video audit of your funnel and an estimate of what your list is worth. Quote comes after, fixed in writing.
